June 2010

Brian took Kaden and Carson to our Stake Fathers and Sons. They actually just ended up going with my brother Shaun and his boys and my brother-in-law Chad and his little guy. They had a lot of fun and were so excited to tell me all about the fish they caught!

They also took my brother Joseph because my dad wasn't able to make it until the following day.

Fun Fishing!

TOO CUTE to NOT post!

Our Father's Day gifts to Brian! The kids helped pick them out--they consisted of cologne, gum, and chocolates. The kids also made cute cards for him! We even made his favorite treats--Chocolate Mint Brownies!
Lots of swimming was done this summer...
And she loved every bit of it!
Poor little guy was so sick!
Bailey finally decided to crawl when she was 10 months (my latest crawler), and has been into everything ever since!

Loves pulling things out of the baskets.
We had 2 bats within 2 days decide that they liked our house. The first time, a dear friend came over to take care of it because my husband was at work, and there wasn't any way, I was going to attempt it. (My husband thought I was quite a pansy!)

The second time, my brother Garrett came over and did the job. While we were deciding the best way to get this little beast, Garrett was just going to trap it in a jar, my other brother Joseph had a BB Gun, Kaden grabbed a screwdriver, and Carson came out with my BIG kitchen knife. We had quite the artillery, but ended up using the jar.
Carson had helped himself to the m & m's and wasn't able to stay awake to finish them. The long, summer days really wore him out.
The Reptile Man came to the library. Marissa got chosen to help hold the massive snake. Afterwards they got to go for a ride on the turtle.

I had to take a picture of Bailey sleeping. She would sleep like this a lot.

My Uncle John got a new motorcycle and promised the kids a ride. They're always thrilled to go for a ride.

Bailey fell asleep in the recliner and Carson thought he needed to snuggle with her. You can imagine how long she slept for--Not Very!
