Spring Break

For Spring Break we traveled to Idaho to visit Brian's family. As you can tell from the pictures we always enjoy our time with them.
Cart Wheels
TA-DA
Aunt Vandy accessorized Bailey with Tinlie's shades.
Playing Catch
Jump Roping
Even mom and dad (in the picture) couldn't resist. We had to test our abilities in our old age.
Flying Kites
Riding Scooters
Riding Bikes

Bowling
Nicki loved holding Bailey and asked if she could take her home with her. So cute!
I love this shot I got of Carson!
Nearly everytime we'd lay Bailey on her back, her feet would automatically raise to the air, and then she'd proceed to play with them!
Brian's mom had tickets to a Jazz game, and was kind enough to give them to Brian and I while she watched the kids. It was the first time leaving Bailey overnight. Besides not sleeping the greatest for grandma, she did great! We had a good time.
Final Score
While we were in Utah, we went around Temple Square and went to the Salt Lake Temple. It was our first time going to this temple and it was absolutely beautiful.
Easter Cupcakes--Nicki, Marissa, Whitney, Kaden

Just a couple days after all my children got sunburned, we woke up to this.
Licking the beaters from the brownies Marissa made for grandpa. Let me explain. While we were bowling, Marissa was beside herself that she was losing out of all the grandkids. After nearly everyone's attempt to help her improve her score, she was only satisfied with the help she received from grandpa. He bowled a STRIKE for her and there were no tears after that. So to thank him, she thought brownies would do the job.
Sporting a new outfit from grandma.
Loving the merry-go-round and play area.

Helping grandma mark fields.
Trying to keep warm, while handing letters to grandma for the marquee.

Tinlie, Marissa, Peyton, Rylan, Nicki, and Whitney at the easter egg hunt in Shelley. This was my kids' first egg hunt in the snow, but enjoyed it just the same.
Carson with his easter eggs.
Whitney, Kaden, Marissa, Nicki (cousin), Carson with the Easter Bunny
The kids with grandpa and grandma just before we left for home.
The kids also enjoyed many arts/crafts grandma had for them, sleeping over at cousins, and the candy drawer. Shortly after we left for home Kaden asked, "do you think they miss me yet?" Brian informed him that they were probably enjoying the peace and quiet. Hours after we left, and after many questions of, how much longer?, how many hours since we left?, etc., Whitney's comment was, "I wish we had a Super Sonic Speed button!" Traveling with 5 little ones, which I must say my 7 month old traveled the best, I couldn't agree more! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for putting up with us for nearly a week and half. We always have a great time with you!
