Called To Serve

My little sister, Ariana, received her mission call last Friday, but waited to open it until my parents got home from a cruise. We all gathered together last night to hear where she would be serving. She's been called to serve in the Fortaleza, Brazil Mission and will be learning to speak Portuguese. She is super excited, as is the rest of our family. It's kind of exciting too, because my older brother, Travis, served in Brazil (different mission), and knows Portuguese also. It's going to be a sad day when she leaves. My kids adore their Aunt Ana and I think it's safe to say she's probably babysat my kids more than my hubby.

Waiting for everyone to get quiet, so family on the phones can hear.

I think this is the moment she sees where she'll be going, and gets a little teary eyed while reading. She was shaking!
Needed a little assistance from my brother to pronounce Fortaleza. Wanted to say it right.
